It’s that time of the month to beat the heat by flaunting
the striking hues of summer. This Summer
season has been full of experiments, floral prints, quirky jewellery, bright
colours and bold statements. I strongly believe that the more you push your
style boundaries the more fashionably confident you get. So this time try
stepping out of your comfort zone and give in to some new ideas.
When it comes to the 1960s Palazzo trousers that have been
the popular summer season style and my favourite for this month, I personally
feel each of us should have a pair of this friendly attire. Palazzos are unique
for the kind of fitting they give making you look taller and slimmer. They flow
beautifully like a long skirt but still have a charismatic personal identity. We
often tend to pair them up with simple elegance, but I decided to give it a
different look and chose a bright scarlet red trouser and a statement cut-off
top.
I opted for a red keeping in mind the warm colour scheme
that supports the weather. Wearing a cut-off top with text just added to the
fun element of my outfit. The black wedges, broad bracelet and black sling bag complimented
by gold spikes give the costume a slightly edgy look. However the grey floral
printed top and dark cyan earrings and sparkling nail colour give it a feminine finish. In this way you can make a bold yet subtle
appearance perfectly fit for a day out with friends, college or movie.
Palazzos consists of loose
fabrics, array of vibrant colour palettes and tend to be flattering in light
and breathable in hot weather. You could wear them on a sunny day with a crop
top, a tote bag and oversized shades or slip them in with a formal top and fine jewellery on occasions. Play with them
with casual tops and printed scarves for college wear or just wear oversized
T-shirts along with them at home. So this summer have your own fun element of
wearing a palazzo and share them with ELT.
Until then Stay Stylish!
